Restaurant «da noi»
«da noi» in Italian means with us, at our home. We cook for our guests as we cook for ourselves. Our cuisine may be at times simple, at times sophisticated, Italian, Swiss or exotic – healthy and international in any case. Sometimes more traditional, then again innovative, always seasonal and sometimes surprisingly different.
Utterly fresh products and an organic quality are a must for us and most of them are from our own production. The meat is from our animals or we buy it in the neighborhood. Dairy products are taken directly at the creamery and the cheese-maker or at the nearby markets.
We offer a daily menu, consisting of 3 or 4 courses with the possibility to eat meatless or vegan or change one or the other course. In addition we offer a weekly special or house specialty.
Our restaurant is open 3 nights per week (Thursday, Friday, Saturday). For groups or special occasions we open on request. When we have seminars or workshops eating times and cooking wishes are fixed beforehand to guarantee a smooth flow for participants and workshop leaders.
«da noi» in winter time around the crackling fire in the midst of the old farm stables and in summer time outside on the terrace overlooking the Umbrian hills and olive groves.
A little bar complements our restaurant and is especially popular at sunset.
